INGREDIENTS
Caramel :
Sugar - 3 tblspn
Water - 1 tblspn
Egg Mixture :
Eggs - 3 Nos
Sugar - 6 tblspn
Vanilla essence - 1 tspn
Vanilla essence - 1 tspn
Other Ingredients :
Unsalted Butter
Custard Powder - 1 tblspn
Milk - 500 ml
Method :
Caramel sauce :
Take a pan or any vessel & 3 tblspn of sugar and 1 tblspn of water. On a medium flame melt the sugar for 2 mins till it's color changes to light orange to brown.Do not over heat it.Now Pour the caramelized liquid in a bowl.
Swirl it around a bit and Keep it aside for a minute for it to set.
Meanwhile boil the Milk and add sugar to it and heat in for few mins. Now let the milk comes to room temperature.
Egg Mixture:
Take 3 eggs and break it, Add 1 tspn of Vanilla essence and 2 tblspn sugar to it and whisk it well .Now Add the egg mixture to the milk.While adding the mixture keep stirring the milk.Now add 1 tblspn of Custard powder and mix it well.
Now brush the sides of the bowl with unsalted butter and Pour this mixture into the caramelized bowl and cover with foil paper on top and keep it in the cooker with 1/2 cup water.
After 20 mins switch off the stove and leave the bowl aside and let it cool.
Now release the side with knife so that its not sticky. Place a plate on top and turn it upside down gently.
