macaroni payasam
INGREDIENTS
- Macaroni – 1 Cup
- Milk – 5 Cups
- Condensed milk – 3 tbsp
- Salt - A Pinch
- Sugar – 1/2 Cup (Adjust according to your sweetness)
- Saffron – A Pinch
- Kesar Badam Mix - 3 tbsp
- Ghee - 2 tsp
- Cashew nuts , Almonds , Pista and Raisins (For serving)
Method :
Wash and boil the macaroni for 10 mins in water with a pinch of salt in it.
Now grind it in mixer grinder for 3 sec just to cut them into pieces (Optional).
Now boil the milk and add macaroni to it , Wait until macaroni becomes soft.
Now add Kesar Badam Mix to it and mix it well.
Add sugar and stir until the sugar is dissolved.
Now add Condensed milk and ghee, mix well
In a pan heat ghee and add the cashew nuts When the cashew nuts are slightly golden,
Add the raisins and saute for a minute
Add it to the mixture.
Now Refrigerate for 20 minutes and serve it with almonds, Pista and Saffron.
Macaroni Payasam is ready !!!!!!!!!! Try it and taste it !!!!!!!!! 😃
