RECIPE 1  CHOCO Mini Idli cake  (EGG LESS) Ingredients wheat flour - 1/4 Cup corn flour - 1/4 Cup Maida – 1/4 cup Baking Soda – 1/4 tsp Cocoa Powder – 3 tblspn Oil – 2 tblspn Curd / Yogurt – 1/2 cup Sugar – 4 to 5 tblspn (as per your taste) butter - 1/2 tblspn Water or Milk – 1/4 cup (egg optional) Vanilla Essence – 1 tsp Chocolate Sauce for serving (optional) Method : Take cocoa powder , wheat flour , corn flour , maida and baking soda  in a bowl and mix it well without any lumps. Now add curd , milk , butter and oil to the bowl and whisk well until the creamy consistency. Now add sugar as much as required to your taste and mix well. Finally add vanilla essence to it and mix. Welcome to Pavithra's Recipezz 😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊 RECIPE 5 SPICY MAGGIE PAZZTA INGREDIENTS Chopped Carrot -1cup Chopped Tomato - 1cup Ginger garlic Paste - 1 tbspn Maggi Pazzta masala penne packet - 2 Red chili powder -1/2 tspn Green chili sauce - 1/2 tspn (optinal) Mint Leaves - few Cheese (optional) Method : Take a bowl of water and mix the masala which comes with maggie packet. Keep it aside. Take a pan add oil and let it heat for some time. Now add ginger garlic paste , Chopped tomatoes , Chopped Carrot and saute it for 3 mins.  Now pour the masala water to the pan and heat it until you get the foam.
